Great service and Joy and Nicholastold me everything this new/ old car I just bought needed. 2002 Buick LeSabre with 36K miles on it. Had original wiper blades along with air filters. Joy and Nicholas totally hooked me up! My mom is going to be super surprised with her new/ older ride. Thank you, and I will dedicate you back!

I received great service from Nicolas and Jared. They changed my oil, air filter, and cabin filter while explaining information and showing the old vs. new. Also they added some discounts to help me out. Much appreciated on this busy hot day.

This is my second visit to this Take 5, and both times Joshua (Josh) has been the reason the experience was completely unpleasant. From the moment I pulled into the bay, he was visibly annoyed. His directions were unclear, and when I adjusted accordingly, he responded with eye rolls and dismissive gestures as if my being there was an inconvenience.The condescension continued throughout the entire service. Every interaction was short and sarcastic. When I asked about applying my military discount to my customer profile, the employee, Joshua, responded with, “Why do you guys always ask this?” That one comment tells you everything you need to know about this location. Joshua treated a simple, reasonable request like a personal attack. Two visits. Two terrible experiences. Same employee. I will not be returning to this location or any Take 5 going forward. Take 5 corporate should take a close look at who is representing their brand here, because Joshua is actively driving customers away. Done with this location for good.

Beyond Awesome Service in Conroe! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an incredible experience at Take 5 Oil Change! Store Manager Jarod and technician Josh went absolutely above and beyond to deliver top-tier service. They perfectly balance professional expertise with a friendly, welcoming hometown vibe that makes you feel like family. The shop is clean, well-organized, and highly professional. Jarod and Josh were incredibly accommodating, fast, and thorough— communicating clearly throughout the entire process without making me feel rushed or pressured. It is rare to find a team that genuinely cares this much about customer satisfaction. I will definitely be returning to this location for all my future services! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Came to get my oil change and cabin filter done. The guys were so kind, efficient, and helpful. It sounds silly, but I almost cried when I left because of how nice they were. Life has been life’n, so it was so refreshing to have people treat you kindly.

They nickel and dime you for everything. Apparently the price of a 89.00 oil change doesn’t include labor, listed as a shop service charge and the cost of the oil filter is extra too. Listen very carefully, when you list a price for an oil change, that include everything, labor and filter. This is a scam. Never go here. That would be like seeing a Big Mac value meal for 12.50then paying 2 dollars for the bun and 1.50 for a restaurant service fee. Have the balls to put the total price on your sign, not ambush customers with add ons at the end of service. And yes they will try to upsell you on everything. Wipers, coolant, they will even try to climb in the car with to upsell you on a in cab air filter, not just the engine air filter. Go somewhere else.

My original service was a bit pricey but quality is better than quantity . What earned this review is how they handled adversity. During my oil change the technician failed to screw my pan back in. I drove all the way home with my kiddos and grandbaby. My truck was smoking and it smelled strange in the ac compartment. I pulled over and saw the pan hanging. I called the store to which a no nonsense young man began notifying everyone to see what happened. He was so concerned. 30mins later the owner and manager pulled up to my home to fix the issue. Today they replaced my protective board under my truck with a brand new one. Although this was a bad experience it has been the continued excellent customer service that has won my business. Mistakes happen but if a company is willing to fix there wrong and stand on their integrity than that's the place to spend your money. I spent $163 and they gained a lifetime customer. Well done! ***4/14/26***** Maybe I spoke too soon. I step outside to take a call and this is what my truck is looking like.. I don't understand how an oil change cost so much and now Im having to fix another issue that they broke and gave me their word they fixed.. T

Decided to stop by Take 5 on Hwy 242 in Conroe and give them business, they looked professional from a far and had me sold for offering Mobil 1 oil, which is a huge plus for me. On arrival I requested an oil change and was greeted nonchalantly. Service writer didn’t know the make, or model of my car or the oil weight when writing my vehicle up for service. At that moment I should have known things weren’t going to go good. When the service was complete I was barely shown the dip stick to confirm my oil was changed and at the proper level. Take 5 told me I was good to go and slammed my hood, only for my hood not to close because the tech forgot an empty quart oil bottle in the engine bay. Totally confused/upset by the unprofessional events I experienced by the guys at Take 5. I began driving home and my vehicle started shaking like never before. I immediately went to check the oil and found a huge oil paw print as well as the oil level EXTREMELY high above the fill level. I went back to Take 5 and informed them of my problems I encountered from their service and the techs looked confused. They did change the oil and get the correct level after the 2nd attempt. I only went to take 5
